Frank Espinosa is a world-class personality: he worked in his career for Walt Disney Animation and later served as Art Director at Warner Bros, where he redesigned the Looney Tunes characters and created the Baby Looney Tunes and the complete series of Looney stamps. Tunes. In 2006 and 2007 he was Visiting Professor for Martin Luther King jr. Scholars Program of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), collaborated with Ohio State University, developed a series of comics for Princeton University and created the graphic novel Salvatore Ferragamo, Birth of a Dream based on the life of the Italian entrepreneur, by to which the illustrations were exhibited in the windows of Ferragamo stores around the world. Since 2018 he has been the artistic director of the International School of Comics in Florence and in September DOUbLe SHOt re-released "Rocketo", his most famous series, particularly appreciated and imitated by many successful American cartoonists, such as Alex Ross.
